"Sailing High Above It All"

Where the Lord’s work is being effective rest assured Satan will not be sitting idle.
Paul tells us in the book Ephesians “For we do not wrestle against the flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the ruler of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places”. Through rain, sickness, and very cold temperatures; during our week at camp we saw the Holy Spirit working in a mighty and powerful way as children came to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and others recommitted themselves to the Lord.

I look forward to hearing a good report from those who willingly gave of themselves to serve at Whitney Lake Bible Camp. Praise God that we serve a living, holy, and gracious God.

From the book of Philippians we were challenged to live a joyful life through our circumstances and critics. God never challenges His people but gives commands, and in Philippians 4:4 we are told to “rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say rejoice”. No matter the circumstances and no matter what our critics say about us, if we have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ we can have joy.

Despite Circumstances You Can Experience Joy!

If you focus on the circumstance you will miss out in peace, contentment and joy!

If you are focused on the circumstances you will be missing out in experiencing what is going on around you!

“Despite Critics You Can Experience Joy!”

If you allow others to take away your joy you will be missing out on a God given gift!

If you allow others to take away your joy you may be miserable in the will of God!

Philippians 1:8 “What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I will rejoice”.

What is hindering you from having a life filled joy?

I encourage and invite you to come worship with us. Let us give praise to the One to whom all praise is due. Come and let Him change your life through His Word. We have a Sunday morning prayer time at 10:00 and our morning service at 11:00. I look forward to seeing you there!

Pastor Paul
